Python_Installation.htm -> take off duplicate video and correct links *****

For the above, create a new valid template file (test it),
then when the template is good, copy it to a file
called Python_Installation_NEW.htm.
Copy the content of Python_Installation.htm manually to the new file. 
When the new file is delivering the same content 
but with valid HTML5, and passing all tests,
then rename the new file back to the original name.  
Do the same for all other popular MS HTML pages.

Put the above line in the head section of algorithms.html

Check on Google Search Console all the indexed pages
and for each indexed page that is http, 
include the above line substituting algorithms.html 
for the name of the actual file.  
Then when all done, 
request each of the https pages newly canonized 
are submitted for indexing again.
