Every week there are programming labs.

The instructor is available to help during all lab sessions
apart from the assessed labs (see below).



All labs are issued on the C4 system
and are submitted to the C4 system.


Labs may be done at any time at the convenience of the student. 
Lab file submission deadlines are posted on C4.




TEAM LABS
=========

Some assignments may involve team work. 
Students will be assigned to teams by the instructor.

Rules for Teams: Each team must work independently of the other teams. 
Each team member is expected to contribute an equal amount of time
to the total workload of each assignment. 
Students will be tested on the content of team assignments.




ASSESSED LABS
=============
In addition to the weekly labs,
there are two assessed labs in this course.
Assessed labs are timed and marked, and count towards the final grade.
No assistance from other students or the instructor is permitted -
but you may use the Internet and other online resources.

Students must attend the college for assessed labs.
Non-attendance = zero score.
