CSCI100B

Homework 2

Each student in CSCI100B has been assigned one topic based on the topics in Chapter 1 of the textbook: “Computers: Tools for an Information Age” by Capron and Johnson.  Use the textbook and the Internet to research your topic and create a Powerpoint presentation summarizing your topic. Your presentation should contain between 15 and 20 slides and include text, graphics, links to the Internet, and for bonus points, use a voice over to give running commentary for the slides.

Your Powerpoint file should be saved as Topic1.ppt, Topic2.ppt etc, depending on your topic number. If you are not sure of your topic number, email your instructor: adawson@coquitlamcollege.com.  Make sure that your name and the Topic title is included on the first slide of the Powerpoint presentation.
